STEPS :

Enable "Post by Voice". You will be given a special number and code to call your blog.
Add the number to your address book
Call the first number (the one on the top) and enter the code (the one on the bottom).
Talk to your heart's content. Only files of up to 60 minutes are supported.
To end the recording, just hang up.
